Good to know

Each globe is hand-blown, so the exact placement and mix of speckled color within the terrazzo-like pattern will vary slightly from piece to piece — no two globes are perfectly identical. The LED light source is built-in and integrated, so there’s no separate bulb to replace.

Frequently Asked

Before you order

What does „Multicolor“ actually mean — will every piece look the same?

Not exactly. The speckled, terrazzo-like pattern is created during the hand-blowing process, so the mix and placement of color flecks within the glass will vary slightly from one globe to the next. You’ll get the same general multicolor, organic character shown in photos, but the specific speckle pattern on your piece is one-of-a-kind.

Both sizes are the same proportions — how do I choose between them?

Since the ∅4.7″ and ∅5.9″ versions share the same 1:1 diameter-to-height ratio, the choice comes down to how prominent you want the terrazzo pattern to read. The larger size gives the speckled glass more surface area to show off the pattern and casts a slightly wider glow, while the compact size works well for a tighter cluster of multiple sconces or a smaller wall.

Since the LED is built-in, can it be replaced if it burns out?

The Astra uses a built-in integrated LED module rather than a screw-in bulb, so it isn’t user-replaceable the way a standard bulb would be. Integrated LEDs are rated for a long service life under normal use, and the module can be serviced by an electrician if it ever needs attention.

Where does the Astra work best?

Its compact, colorful form suits a dining room or entryway foyer as a statement piece, or works well as artistic wall decor in a boutique hospitality space — especially effective when a few are grouped together to let the speckled pattern variation between pieces stand out.
