The Bombolo is a 1970s Italian-style table lamp drawn from the bedside-lamp tradition shaped by Murano glassmakers in the late 1960s and 70s — stacked rounded shades on a slim chrome cylinder, an honest little form that has quietly outlived every passing trend.
The hand-finished cased-glass shade is rounded twice, like a small macaron, and seated on a polished chrome base with a simple touch switch. Small enough for a nightstand, sculptural enough for a console — a piece of warm 70s Italy made for American bedrooms, reading corners, and entryways.
